Qi Gong Therapy Weekend Certification Seminars June and August, 2008
Lisa B. O’Shea, Certified Qi Gong Therapist and Instructor through YMAA, will be offering weekend seminars on Qi Gong Therapy and Tai Chi in Rochester, New York and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. All seminars count toward certification.
Beginning Qi Gong Healers Certification Seminar:
June 13-15 in Chapel Hill and Aug. 8-10 in Rochester. Topics cover Qi Healers techniques, Six Healing Sounds, Fragrance Qi Gong, Rising Lotus Qi Gong, 5 Elements Theory, 12 Meridians, 24 Acupuncture Points, and meditation. Cost: $250
Advanced Qi Gong Healers Certification Seminar:
Aug. 15-17 in Rochester, NY. Topics cover advanced Qi Healers techniques, Four Seasons Qi Gong, Microcosmic Orbit, Twelve Meridian Meditation, and 36 additional Acupuncture Points. Cost $350.
Tai Chi Standard Form (24) Certification Seminar:
Aug. 22-24 in Rochester, NY. Topics cover Standard Form (24) and Eight Pieces of Brocade Qi Gong. Cost: $200.

About the Teacher:
Lisa B. O'Shea began her path as a healer with certification in Reiki and Hypnotherapy in 1988. These modalities were added to as as she began studying Qi Gong and Tai Chi in 1994 and became a Certified Qi Gong Therapist through the Chinese Healing Arts Center with Master
T.K. Shih. She continued her studies with Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming in Boston and received teacher certification in Qi Gong through his school,
YMAA. In 1998 she created the Qi Gong Institute of Rochester, through which she offers a variety of classes in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Nutrition, Certification in Qi Gong Therapy, as well as individual Qi Healing sessions.

This new curriculum is available for Soaring Crane Level 1 and Essence
Qigong and for those who prefer to learn slowly. Attend 10 on going classes in

Hiroko Ishimura was trained to be a teacher by Master H.Chen who cured herself from cancer, as well as Prof. F. Chen, Master Zhan, and Liu
Dong.
Currently she has been teaching classes and workshops on the East coast and internationally. Her intuitive ability adds a special essence to her
teaching. She has been invited as a guest speaker on WBAI Public Radio and conducts open class in Central Park every summer for the Public. She is
also a Reiki Practitioner.
