Fragrant Qigong is a simple qigong that has become the most popular qigong in China with over 90 million practitioners. The directions are on line. It is suggested that you buy the videos to get a better feel of the movements and the pacing. Once you have practiced level 1 for a few months and feel comfortable with it, email us and we will give you the link for the level 2 instructions.
