Later, we keep reviewing them because they are quite useful. Remedy Routine 1 - Discharging Turbid Substances from the Liver - About 1/2 of Americans have liver problems based on the Chinese model. It is the main cause of high blood pressure, menstrual problems, headaches, etc. Do this routine at least 9 times - more if you are sure you have liver problems. If you do it too much, it can be draining. That's why we teach you the following: Remedy Routine 2 - Directing Qi onto the lower Dan Tian - These moves are the heart of Soaring Crane Qigong. You can do this Remedy Routine 8 times, turning 45° clockwise between times. As such it becomes a mini form, takes about 20 minutes, gathers qi from the eight directions.
