These are the routines we normally teach in the beginning class.  Later, we keep reviewing them because they are quite useful.

Remedy Routine 1 - Discharging Turbid Substances from the Liver - About 1/2 of Americans have liver problems based on the Chinese model.   It is the main cause of high blood pressure, menstrual problems, headaches, etc.   Do this  routine at least 9 times - more if you are sure you have liver problems.  If you do it too much, it can be draining.  That's why we teach you the following:

Remedy Routine 2 - Directing Qi onto the lower Dan Tian - These moves are the heart of Soaring Crane Qigong.  You can do this Remedy Routine 8 times, turning 45° clockwise between times.  As such it becomes a mini form, takes about 20 minutes, gathers qi from the eight directions.

Learn these routines and you will be well on your way to experiencing Soaring Crane Qigong.

Fragrant Qigong

The most popular form of qigong.  Very easy to do, just follow along with the video.
